What’s involved

  • Provide a high level of customer service to Production Department, ensuring tools, materials and equipment are readily available for consumption into projects.
  • Provide warehouse and logistics services throughout Austal facilities, in line with Supply Chain process.
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe manner whilst maintaining an operator license.

You’ll need

Essential

  • Current forklift license.  
  • Current manual driver’s license.
  • 2+ years relevant Warehousing and Logistics experience.
  • Working experience in a computerised ERP environment. 

 

Desirable

  • Dangerous Goods (DG) handling experience within a Marine Support, Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence organisation.
